Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong English communication, ownership mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, resolving complex issues.
• Research, reproduce and fix problems in Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Marketing/Support to improve products and tools.
• Document standard methodologies for support processes.
