NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand and NVLink to support data center networking and AI infrastructure. You will own complex inquiries, reproduce issues, and guide customers through installation and maintenance of multi-distro Linux systems with EDN features.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to support tools, and help define best practices in troubleshooting networking protocols and GPU technology across NVIDIA's End-to-End

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer support for large-scale networking and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU environments and performance.
• Strong English communication, ownership mindset and cross-team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for customers, resolving complex issues.
• Research, reproduce and fix problems in Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Marketing/Support to improve products and tools.
• Document standard methodologies for support processes.
