NVIDIA is seeking a Senior HPC Support Engineer focused on InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU-based AI infrastructure. You'll be the primary contact for complex technical issues, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to improve products and customer experience.
Ideal candidates have 8+ years in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure support, strong English communication, and hands-on Linux and networking skills.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in providing in-depth Customer Support and debugging in large-scale networking and AI infrastructure environments.
- Degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent).
- Experience with Agentic AI technologies (Claude, Codex, Cursor) in day-to-day responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through research, reproduction, and problem solving for installations and supporting systems (InfiniBand, NVLink, GPU).
- Respond to product support inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
- Resolve issues during installation, operation, maintenance or interoperability with other vendors.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings; provide feedback to engineering and marketing on product requirements and tools.
- Develop and document standard methodologies for internal support processes.
