Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the trade relations team and shape manufacturer and trade engagement strategies in our Lincoln, NE area.

You will guide negotiations for distribution and procurement contracts to ensure access to specialty drugs and favorable pricing for payers and patients. Role requires extensive knowledge of specialty pharmacy, REMS/LDD practices, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years of contract negotiation experience, with focus on specialty pharmacy.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team.
• Direct the negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and participate in RFIs/RFPs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
