Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations in the United States to lead a team focused on building strong relationships with manufacturers and negotiating distribution contracts.

This role directs pricing strategies, oversees the clinical drug pipeline, and advances access to specialty products including limited distribution meds. The ideal candidate has pharmacists licensure, extensive specialty pharma experience, and proven leadership in negotiations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharma industry.
• 5+ years contract negotiation experience.
• 3+ years people leadership experience.
• Licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the trade relations team to execute engagement strategies.
• Negotiate distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Oversee pricing and contract management with legal/compliance reviews.
• Represent Lumicera at industry and trade groups.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
