Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Industry Relations to lead the team that builds and maintains relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and negotiates distribution and procurement contracts. The role includes strategy development, contract optimization, and ensuring access to specialty drugs, including limited distribution medications. The position demands leadership and deep industry knowledge, with strong collaboration across legal, compliance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold PharmD or B.S./D degree in Pharmacy with current license.
• 7+ years in specialty pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in contract negotiation with specialty focus.
• 3+ years of people-leadership or team-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach the trade relations team and set priorities.
• Direct negotiation of distribution and procurement agreements with manufacturers.
• Develop manufacturer strategies related to clinical disease states and formulary alignment.
• Oversee the clinical drug pipeline and opportunities in RFPs/RFIs.
• Secure access to limited distribution medications and manage related agreements.
