The role requires startup experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, WMS Manhattan SCALE, Power BI, Snowflake and slotting software, and travel up to 50%. You will supervise CI engineers, develop KPI action plans, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise with CAD/WMS tools, data analytics and lean methods.
• Experience with labor planning, slotting and operational modeling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams; lead hiring and coaching.
• Develop and execute strategy, KPIs and action plans with leadership.
• Deliver continuous improvement plans addressing top site needs.
• Coach owners to use Lean, data analytics and engineering methods.
• Lead Value Stream Maps and Kaizen events; sustain improvements.
