Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a senior Continuous Improvement Manager to promote and lead CI initiatives across multiple operations. You will use data analytics, Lean tools, and engineering methods to elevate safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Heavy interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams is expected. The role requires start-up experience, proficiency with Power BI, AutoCAD, WMS, and slotting tools, and travel up to 50% to support sites and client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, or supply chain logistics is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and data visualization tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams and manage performance.
• Lead strategy development, KPI action plans and site assessments.
• Provide training and mentoring on Lean, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
• Drive cross-functional CI projects across accounts and report progress to leadership.
