Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management is required.
• Nine years or more in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing or supply chain logistics is required.
• Advanced skills in data analytics, Lean methods, and WMS tooling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams and manage performance.
• Lead strategy, KPI action plans, and continuous improvement across sites.
• Coach owners to use Lean methods and data analytics for operational excellence.
• Develop and implement broad CI programs across multiple accounts.
