Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience with industrial products is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence customers while maintaining relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenue and profitability through new business and expansion of existing accounts.
• Generate new leads by networking, cold calling, and researching directories and sites.
• Interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Understand complex customer requirements for customized quoting.
• Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met.
• Assist with on-site troubleshooting of customer concerns.
• Coordinate with vendor resources to support sales.
