Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN to manage, analyze, and implement incentive compensation programs that attract and retain key talent. The role supports planning cycles, modeling, and communications with leadership and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analytics capabilities, expertise in Excel and Power BI, and a collaborative mindset to work across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on incentive planning projects.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish including modeling, calculations, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
