Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN, offering hands-on responsibility for designing and administering incentive compensation programs to attract and retain talent. The role collaborates with leadership on incentive planning, analytics, and program governance.

You will manage cycles end-to-end, provide cost modeling, and contribute to communications and training on incentive policies, with relocation benefits available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of a wide variety of incentive compensation programs related to base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, which includes modeling, planning, calculations, award letter generation, accounting projections, employee and manager communications, and post‑cycle analysis.
• Participate in the development and delivery of communications and training related to incentive programs, polices, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
