Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to manage and support incentive compensation programs, including analysis, evaluation, creation, and implementation to attract and retain talent. The role is based in Warroad, MN with relocation benefits offered.

You will oversee planning cycles, modeling, communications, and post-cycle analysis, while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance. A strong background in HR/finance compensation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer incentive compensation programs including base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Lead planning cycles: modeling, calculations, award letters, and post-cycle analysis.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive programs and processes.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers and location changes for accurate calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
