Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN to lead the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs. You will act as a subject matter expert on incentive planning and manage entire compensation cycles from modeling to communication.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, strong data analytics skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. The role offers relocation support and a competitive annual compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for modeling and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs (base pay, merit, incentives, equity).
• Serve as SME on incentive planning projects.
• Oversee incentive compensation cycles from modeling to post‑cycle analysis and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
