Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to own and optimize incentive compensation programs that attract and retain key talent. This hands-on role covers modeling, planning, calculations, letters, and post-cycle analysis, with relocation support if you move to Warroad, MN.

You’ll partner with leadership, ensure compliance and governance, develop reporting, and drive improvements across analytics, communication, and training related to incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of a wide variety of incentive compensation programs related to base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, planning, calculations, award letter generation, accounting projections, employee and manager communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Participate in the development and delivery of communications and training related to incentive programs, polices, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
