Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN to own the design, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs that attract and retain talent. You will model, plan, calculate, and communicate outcomes across cycles, while delivering trainings and driving process improvements.

The role requires 5+ years of compensation analysis experience, strong data analytics, and collaboration across leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics, Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on incentive planning projects.
• Manage cycle processes from modeling to post-cycle analysis and communications.
• Develop and deliver training and communications related to incentive programs and policies.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership on hires, promotions, transfers, and location changes to ensure accurate calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to maintain market competitiveness and compliance.
• Provide cost modeling and reporting on incentive plan performance.
