Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst in Warroad, MN to lead the analysis, design, and administration of incentive compensation programs across base pay, merit, incentives and equity.

You will manage cycles from modeling to communications, partnering with leadership to ensure accurate calculations and effective communication. The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs (base pay, merit, incentives, equity).
• Act as SME on special incentive planning projects.
• Manage entire incentive planning cycles: modeling, planning, calculations, communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive programs and processes.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
