Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage incentive compensation programs including base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Serve as SME on special incentive planning projects.
• Lead cycles from modeling to post-cycle analysis and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive policies.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
