Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis/design/administration of compensation programs.
• Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs (base pay, merit, incentives, equity).
• Act as a subject matter expert on incentive planning projects.
• Manage incentive compensation cycles from modeling to post‑cycle analysis and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
