Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to hands-on manage and support incentive compensation needs. You will analyze, evaluate, create, and implement compensation programs to attract and retain talent at Marvin.

You will partner with leadership on hires and promotions, ensure compliance, and deliver analytics and reporting. A relocation package is mentioned for Warroad, MN relocation options and broad benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong data analytics, HR software, Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of a wide variety of incentive compensation programs related to base pay, merit, incentives, and equity.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish, including modeling, planning, calculations, award letters, accounting projections, communications, and post-cycle analysis.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, polices, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track hires, promotions, transfers, location changes to ensure accuracy in plan calculations.
• Perform audits, research, and analyses to determine market competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop and provide cost modeling estimates and tracking to Finance; provide reporting on incentive plan performance.
• Support compensation projects such as market analysis, salary structures, and data maintenance.
