Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional to repair and troubleshoot a range of client products, including desktops, laptops, deskside support, ESF, and servers. You will interact directly with clients, address issues promptly, and work within established service levels.

The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, travel to client locations, and lift up to 50 lbs. A technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• Technical school certification or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the established SLA.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and documents related to successful service delivery for each client.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand safety policies and work within daily guidelines.
• Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
