Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic Server Support professional to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, deskside support, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients to address technical issues, perform tasks across varying complexity, and ensure timely responses.

Responsibilities include handling service calls, maintaining customer satisfaction, and following internal policies to ensure accurate reporting and asset control.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within client SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call per policies.
• Provide real-time reporting of all calls per guidelines.
• Follow established policies for service delivery.
• Ensure asset and inventory control via prompt parts turnover.
• Report activity accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and daily guidelines.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
