Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC seeks a Dynamic Server Support specialist to handle a range of client issues. This senior role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, ESF, and servers, with direct client interaction to resolve technical problems promptly.

You will provide hands-on support at client sites, manage service calls, and maintain accurate reporting while following safety policies. The position requires travel to client locations and the ability to lift equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent is typically required.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the client SLAs.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria per guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call.
• Report all activity accurately and timely.
• Adhere to safety policies in daily work.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
