Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic Server Support specialist in the United States (SC) to provide client-facing technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and related equipment. You will troubleshoot, communicate issues to clients, and ensure timely service call completion.

The role requires 0–2 years of relevant experience with a technical school certification, and the ability to travel to client locations, sometimes overnight.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients.
• Ability to drive to client locations.
• Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within SLA.
• Meet established customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory per client agreements.
• Report all activity in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines.
