Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analysis, design and/or administration of compensation programs or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on special projects related to incentive planning.
• Manage incentive compensation planning cycles from start to finish including modeling, planning, calculations, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track changes to hires/promotions/transfers for incentive calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to determine market competitiveness and compliance.
• Develop cost modeling estimates and reporting on incentive plan performance.
