Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to proactively manage incentive compensation programs and analytics. This hands-on role focuses on analysis, evaluation, creation, and implementation of compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent.

The role involves end-to-end incentive cycle management, stakeholder partnerships, and ensuring policy compliance. The company supports relocation to Warroad, MN and offers a comprehensive relocation package and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field and 5+ years of compensation analysis or administration.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with HR software, Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
• Act as SME on incentive planning projects.
• Manage incentive compensation cycles from start to finish including modeling, calculations, award letters, and communications.
• Develop and deliver communications and training related to incentive programs, policies, and processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with leadership to track new hires, promotions, transfers, location changes to ensure accuracy of calculations.
• Perform audits and analyses to determine market competitiveness and ensure compliance.
• Provide cost modeling estimates and reporting to Finance.
• Support compensation team with market analysis, salary structures, and data maintenance.
