Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to lead the analysis, design and administration of incentive compensation programs across base pay, merit, incentives and equity. This hands-on role partners with leadership to ensure accurate plan calculations and compliance.

Located in Warroad, MN, with relocation support, Marvin offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture focused on data-driven decision making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in analysis/design/administration of compensation programs.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, development, implementation, and administration of incentive compensation programs.
Act as SME on special incentive planning projects.
Manage incentive cycles from modeling to post‑cycle analysis, including communications.
Develop and deliver communications and training on incentive polices and processes.
Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience.
