Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Incentive Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and administration of incentive compensation programs. This hands-on role partners with leadership to ensure accurate calculations, timely cycle execution, and clear communication of plans across the organization.

Based in Warroad, MN with relocation support, you will model incentives, conduct market analyses, develop cost projections for Finance, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, design, or administration.
• Strong data analytics, Excel and Power BI skills.
• Collaborative, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, development, and administration of incentive programs.
• Model and plan incentive cycles including calculations and communications.
• Develop reports and cost modeling for Finance.
• Lead training and communications on incentive policies and processes.
