Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corp seeks a Sr Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to lead the development and coordination of Integrated Master Schedules for complex programs. You will drive schedule integration across projects, conduct risk analyses, and present findings to senior leaders.

You will mentor junior schedulers and implement advanced scheduling practices, leveraging tools like Microsoft Project and EVM principles to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field; 6+ years of scheduling experience.
• Experience building Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of DoD/DOD- DoD policies and DCMA 14-point assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of integrated master schedules aligning with program goals.
• Track and maintain schedules ensuring horizontal and vertical integration across programs.
• Perform risk analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks and critical paths.
• Present schedule status reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Mentor junior schedulers on advanced scheduling techniques and best practices.
