Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead high-impact client implementations across a broad product portfolio. You will partner with regional managers to establish best practices, guide technical integrations, and ensure successful deployments that scale with evolving product offerings.

The role requires deep knowledge of FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions, strong communication with senior clients, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates; assist in project planning.
• Provide product guidance on solutions based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications for technical integration staff.
• Develop understanding of Analytics suite technical aspects.
• Implement new deployments and enhance existing ones to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and their industry applications.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation and share trends for improvement.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance FactSet products.
• Provide user training and support training program development.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
