Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist in the United States to deploy products, ensure data integration and quality, configure modules, build end-user reports, train clients, and support users throughout the implementation lifecycle.

This project-based role involves optimizing solutions, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with product development and engineering to enhance FactSet’s analytics suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and proficiency writing complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance on solutions based on customer needs.
