FactSet is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead engagements for a business line, partnering with the regional Implementation manager to derive and execute on best practices for engagements within their mandate. An important element of this role is to ensure that our internal product development strategies are working in the market and that products get easier to deploy over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years using FactSet Analytics tools.
• Experience with PA, SPAR, Portfolio Vault & Analytics APIs.
• Strong technical background with complex screening codes.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communications with project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope, estimates, and plans.
• Provide product guidance for processes based on client needs.
• Create user workflow specs and prioritize technical integration tasks.
• Develop understanding of analytics suite technical aspects.
• Deploy new and enhance existing deployments to improve UX and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Share trends and improvement areas.
• Study client workflows and collaborate to enhance products.
• Provide user training and training program development.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
