Job summary

FactSet in New York is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy analytics products, manage data integration, and build client-ready reports. You will train users, tailor workflows, and support complex engagements across industries.

The role is hybrid in the United States, requires strong technical skills and travel readiness, and offers opportunities to mentor others and influence product usage across client teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications preferred (CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM/MBA).

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communications with project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance for process solutions based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and report specs for technical staff.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite technical aspects.
• Implement and enhance deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment concepts and applications.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development/Engineering.
• Provide user training and support training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
