Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy our products by delivering high-value projects and engagements. You will ensure data integration, configure modules, build reports, train clients, and support users throughout the implementation process.

You will interact with sophisticated users, understand investment principles, and identify growth opportunities during implementation. Travel may be required, and the environment is hybrid.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
At least 2+ years working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
Strong technical background and ability to write complex screening codes.

Responsibilities

Produce client-facing communication with project manager coordination.
Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
Provide product guidance on solutioning based on customer needs.
Create user workflow and report specifications for integration staff.
Develop understanding of the Analytics suite’s technical aspects.
Implement deployments to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
