Job summary

FactSet Research Systems Inc. in New York is seeking a Principal Implementation Specialist to lead client implementations of our performance analytics suite. You will partner with regional managers to derive best practices, define project plans, and ensure deployments scale across large firms.

You will guide customers through technical and workflow aspects, train users, and help expand opportunities. Travel is required; the role emphasizes deep analytics knowledge and a solutions mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• Excellent technical background; strong coding/ screening capabilities.
• CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Collaborate on building project plans.
• Provide product guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and direct technical staff on requirements.
• Develop understanding of analytics suite technical aspects.
• Implement new and enhance existing deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities.
• Effectively communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles.
