Job summary

AssistIQ is seeking an Implementation Manager to deploy our AI-driven software across surgical suites and procedural areas in North American hospitals. You will drive learning, standardize scalable deployment, and balance product and customer priorities while building strong relationships with clinicians and administrators.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, manage operational risks, and ensure smooth transitions to customer success teams after go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing software/hardware in healthcare IT environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Experience supporting go-live and transitions to customer success.
• Strong communication, problem solving and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product implementation at customer locations from discovery to live deployment.
• Build relationships with on-site clinical teams, IT and administration.
• Identify gaps, risks, and collaborate with product to outline customer needs.
• Deliver on-site training and ensure user acceptance.
• Provide ongoing updates and escalations to ensure milestones are met.
• Improve implementation playbooks and training materials for scalability.
• Gather product feedback post go-live to inform improvements.
