Job summary

First Advantage Global operating Centre is seeking a Professional Services Manager (Implementation) to lead customer onboarding from discovery through go-live, translating requirements into scalable solutions and guiding cross‑functional teams toward successful outcomes.

This is a 100% remote position based in the United States, with up to 25% travel. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success to deliver rapid value and first revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5+ years leading complex implementations in B2B SaaS or professional services.
• Expertise in discovery, requirements gathering, scope and risk management.
• Proven ability to negotiate, influence through data and expertise.
• Ability to translate integrations and APIs into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization, ensuring value and quality.
• Coordinate delivery across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Success, and ATS/HRIS partners.
• Lead integration planning, configuration, and pre/post production testing.
• Negotiate scope, priorities, and timelines with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive go-live progress with risk and scope management; improve playbooks and processes.
