Job summary

First Advantage is a leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions. As Professional Services Manager (Implementation), you will bridge customer requirements and onboarding to the First Advantage program, from discovery through go-live, translating technical needs into practical business solutions and aligning internal teams around clear decisions.

This is a 100% remote position for a US-based candidate, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex implementations in B2B SaaS.
• Strong discovery, requirements gathering, scope and risk management.
• Ability to translate integrations and APIs into business impact.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Operations.
• Background screening, HR tech, or regulated B2B experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solutions.
• Coordinate across Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and decisions with stakeholders.
• Drive go-live and first revenue with speed and quality.
