Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Lead Implementation Specialist to deploy and optimize our analytics products for investment professionals. You will lead high-value projects, craft workflows, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Product and Engineering to enhance our solutions.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, client interaction, and the ability to drive deployments that improve user experience and enable sales opportunities. Hybrid work in major US cities is typical.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide product guidance on process solutioning based on client needs.
Communicate effectively with sophisticated users on investment principles and industry applications.
Create user workflow specifications and establish priorities for technical staff.
Identify growth opportunities by mapping client structures during implantation.
Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance products.
Provide user training and support development of training programs.
Deliver client-facing communications to transition from implementation to support.
Implement new deployments and enhance existing ones to improve user experience and enable sales opportunities.
