Job summary

Built’s Implementations team seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to own the most complex client implementations across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions. You’ll act as a strategic advisor on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption, while designing standardized playbooks to accelerate delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to scale impact and mentor peers.

Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.

Responsibilities

Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions.
Serve as strategic advisor on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption.
Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks to improve speed and consistency.
Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting.
Escalation point for high-risk/high-impact projects with root-cause analysis and resourcing guidance.
Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health and client satisfaction.
Mentor implementation managers and promote delivery capability across the team.
Champion AI and tooling adoption within the implementations function.
