Job summary

ChargeAfter is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise client implementations from kickoff to go-live and post-launch support. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, driving adoption and measurable value.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery, communicate with C-level stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of project management experience in enterprise SaaS or software implementations.
Strong ability to communicate with all levels, including C-suite executives.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies.
Proactive, self-directed, and capable of driving alignment with minimal input.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of enterprise client implementations from onboarding to go-live and post-launch support.
Develop and manage detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Identify risks and blockers, define resolution paths, and ensure alignment with scope and objectives.
Drive outcomes and business value, not just task completion, across client engagements.
Improve product utilization by driving adoption, engagement, and time-to-value realization.
