Job summary

Imprint is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager within Solutions Engineering to own end-to-end partner implementations. You will coordinate across internal and external teams, manage delivery timelines, and drive successful integrations in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, define scope and milestones, and push programs to completion while exploring AI-enabled improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integrations.
• Experience with payments, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, and ecommerce platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of partner implementations across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Develop delivery timelines and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Mitigate delivery risks and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• Champion AI tooling to improve efficiency across delivery lifecycles.
