Job summary

Octus is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own client onboarding from scoping through go-live, configuring LevPro around each client’s workflows, and guiding users to fast, effective adoption.

You’ll collaborate with sales, data, customer success, and product teams to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions in a cross-functional role that thrives on turning complex requirements into practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in client-facing software implementation or project management, fintech/SaaS.
• 3–5 years in Leveraged Credit / Fixed Income.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to build client trust quickly.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping to go-live, within scope.
• Translate client workflows into configuration and document details.
• Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering/partners.
• Lead training sessions and build docs/FAQs for client use.
• Troubleshoot issues and keep clients informed throughout.
• Partner with sales for seamless handoff and long-term relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools and LevPro products.
