Job summary

UpGuard is recruiting for a Day 1 Professional Services hire to shape our new PS function. You will design repeatable deployment methodologies, lead complex enterprise deployments, and collaborate with leadership to establish scalable SOPs that will guide a global team.

You will develop deep expertise in UpGuard's platform, drive successful integrations via REST APIs, and translate client needs into concrete, actionable specs while partnering with Sales and Product to accelerate value

Qualifications

5+ years in a B2B SaaS implementation, solutions architecture, or professional services role.
Experience consulting with large-scale organizations (5,000+ employees) is required.
Expertise with GRC or cybersecurity risk management is desirable.
Ability to read API documentation, design data mappings, and troubleshoot integrations.

Responsibilities

Foundational Practice Building: design and document repeatable implementation methodologies, project plans, and SOPs.
Enterprise Delivery & Scope Management: own deployments end-to-end and manage client expectations.
Technical Integration & Platform Expertise: develop deep expertise in UpGuard's capabilities; design integrations via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems.
Process Re-Engineering & Translation: translate client needs into actionable technical specs and redesign workflows.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership: align with IT/SecOps and executive sponsors; bridge PS, Sales, and Product.
