Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant for its Core identity verification products. You will be the primary technical contact through the sales cycle and implementation, translating client needs into effective solutions and coordinating across Sales, Data Science, Product Development, and Marketing to drive outcomes.

You'll collaborate on POC design, contribute to pricing and SOWs, and mentor junior colleagues while traveling up to 30% as needed in a remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise-level engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software.
• Ability to synthesize complex observations into clear results and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to present core products and solutions and contribute to SOWs and pricing.
• Collaborate with Data Science on POC design and execution.
• Tailor strategies for prospective clients using industry knowledge.
• Coordinate with Product Development to surface client feedback for product innovation.
• Contribute to thought leadership with Product Marketing (blogs, whitepapers, webinars).
• Translate technical details for non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
• Support meetings to align resources and priorities for projects.
• Serve as a day-to-day technical resource for sales engagements and channel teams.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants.
