Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America, ensuring capacity planning and audit quality.
• Provide governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including other ISO/IEC standards.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, building a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance, delivery quality, and customer experience; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvements, aligning resources with client demand and growth.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for major ICT clients, overseeing global programs and risk management.
