Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is expanding its ICT delivery and technical operations to oversee ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services across North America. The Senior Manager will lead auditors, project managers, and technical experts to ensure on-time, high-quality client delivery.

The role emphasizes capacity planning, audit quality, governance, and customer satisfaction, with travel up to 10% and remote work from select US offices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading ICT delivery organizations and multi-site teams.
• Strong background in ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services.
• Ability to govern audit quality, certification processes and client delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across Canada and USA with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, delivery consistency, client-facing execution, client satisfaction, operational effectiveness, and successful completion of client commitments.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and TISAX.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technical experts, project managers, and other delivery resources; build a high-performing team.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance, technical competence, delivery quality, customer experience, and professional conduct; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement; align resources with client demand and business growth; implement scalable processes and tools.
