Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is expanding its ICT delivery and certification services, seeking a Senior Manager to lead delivery, technical quality, and client satisfaction across North America. The role reports to executive leadership and builds a high-performing team of ICT auditors and specialists.

You will drive capacity planning, audit quality, and client delivery, ensuring services meet accreditation rules and client commitments while fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of related experience in ICT delivery, assurance, or certification environments.
• Proven ability to lead audit delivery functions, with capacity planning and client delivery oversight.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC standards and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including 42001/27701/27017/27018 and TISAX.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technical experts, and project managers; build a high-performing team.
• Set clear expectations for auditor performance, competence, and delivery quality while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvement; align resources with demand and growth; improve efficiency and turnaround.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for major ICT clients, overseeing global programs and risk management.
