Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is seeking a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead the ICT delivery organization across North America, ensuring delivery excellence, audit quality, and client satisfaction in ISO/IEC ICT assurance services.

The role oversees a team of ICT auditors, technical experts, and project managers, driving capacity planning, workforce development, and scalable delivery practices with up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across USA and Canada with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including governance and compliance with accreditation and DNV requirements.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technical experts, and project managers, developing the team through recruitment, onboarding, and coaching.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance and delivery quality to maintain high levels of customer experience.
