Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America with accountability for capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, delivery consistency, client-facing execution, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and governance for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, including ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, and TISAX, ensuring compliance with accreditation and DNV requirements.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technical experts, project managers, and other delivery resources, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, development, and succession.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance, maintain professional conduct, and foster collaboration, development, and continuous improvement across the team.
• Own workforce capacity and delivery improvements by aligning resources with demand and implementing scalable processes, tools, and practices.
• Serve as executive delivery sponsor for major ICT clients, overseeing global programs and ensuring delivery excellence, governance, risk management, and timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to leadership and long-term strategy, shaping capability investments and resource plans to support growth.
