Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America seeks a Senior Manager, ICT Delivery & Technical Operations to lead the ICT delivery organization across North America, ensuring services are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with accreditation requirements.

You will manage ICT auditors, technical experts, and project managers, driving capacity planning, audit quality, and customer satisfaction while expanding the ICT service portfolio.

• Experience leading ICT delivery teams and project portfolios.
• Strong governance and client-facing delivery capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT delivery and technical operations across North America, ensuring capacity, resource utilization, audit quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide technical leadership for ISO/IEC 27001 and related ICT assurance services, maintaining compliance with accreditation and internal requirements.
• Directly manage the ICT delivery organization, including auditors, technicians, and project managers; focus on recruitment, onboarding, and performance development.
• Establish clear expectations for auditor performance, technical competence, and delivery quality while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Drive workforce capacity planning and scalable processes to improve efficiency, audit completion, and report turnaround.
• Act as executive delivery sponsor for major ICT clients and oversee governance, risk, and escalation management as needed.
• Contribute to strategic leadership, capability investments, and resource planning to support business growth.
